Comfortable and peaceful!

The rooms are decent and the location is apt too. Metro station is just about 30-50mtrs walk away.
All the amenities are just nearby.
The one thing they can improve on is the breakfast buffet. That is a little disappointing.
The staffs are really warm and welcoming.
In short, it is truly value for money.

"It was nice experience giving chance to ICs Xenious Hotel staff on my daughter first birthday celebration on 8th May 2018. They showed excellent hospitality specially Mr. Younis Jaffery (Operation Manager) and Irfan. Thanks to all staff who made this golden moment memorable. A comfortable business hotel in a good location for tourists

"Ic's Hotel is perfect business hotel. I had stayed here for a night from any work. I got comfortable here. Hotel is very impressive. The hotel room, the washroom etc everything is very good. Breakfast is good and offer a nice variety of food. I liked all the amenities I got from here. Hotel ambiance is great. I recommend to all."

Great staff courtesy

In short, had a very good stay and the most I get the courtesy offered by Mr. Rohit and Ms. Gulafsha at the reception. From check in to check out both were very courteous. They are the assets for the company.

Housekeeping is also great.

Will surely plan to visit again soon.

"Stayed for a very limited time, had couple of items which was good but really didn't like the attitude of the fnb manager Mr Suresh. Had been to several properties (small or big), but really the hospitality feature was missing from Suresh ji.

Management has to drive a training program to train hospitality behaviors to the staffs.

"Ic's is the best hotel I stayed in. My wife and I spent a nights in the hotel and were impressed by their service, efficiency and courtesy experienced at the reception, room service and restaurant. The chefs were outstanding in courtesy and ever ready to explain dishes and persuade us to have some thing exciting and tasty . Even the taxi service was professional and courteous.
