How many rooms are in the hotel?

The hotel has 5 floors with a total of 23 rooms. The hotel has 4 room categories: 3 Deluxe Twin Rooms, 15 Deluxe King Rooms, 4 Executive Rooms, and 1 Suite Room.

How far is the hotel located from the Airport and Railway Station?

Our hotel is situated at a distance of 24 kms from the Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi and 14 kms from the New Delhi Railway Station. Contact us for any query or information on booking details.

Does the hotel have a parking lot?

No, the hotel does not have a parking lot. Paid metro parking is available, which offers preferential rates for the day. For more information, please contact the hotel reception.

Is the hotel located in a safe neighborhood?

The hotel is in front of the neighborhood’s police station. Police regularly patrol the area. At the hotel, a presence is ensured 24/7. The hotel is equipped with a video surveillance system.

Is internet access available throughout the hotel? Is it free?

Wi-Fi is available for free throughout the entire hotel (rooms and common areas).

Can I plug in and use my electrical devices in the hotel?

Adapters are available by request at the front desk. For India, there are three associated plug types, types C, D, and M. Plug type C is the plug which has two round pins, plug type D is the plug which has three round pins in a triangular pattern, and plug type M is the plug which also has three round pins. India operates on a 230V supply voltage and 50Hz. If one of your devices has a different voltage, we advise you to make arrangements.

What if I come with an extra guest?

All our rooms can accommodate up to 2 occupants at no extra charge. For a 3rd person (child included), it will be necessary to contact the hotel before your arrival so that we can propose you the best solution (with a supplement) adapted to your situation.

If I come to celebrate a special event, do you propose a personalized welcome for the occasion?

Yes, of course, we can organize for you or your friends a personalized welcome in your room or in the Banquette. There will be additional charges based on your requirements. Please contact our reservation department.

How can I get an early check-in or late check-out?

Early check-in and late check-out are possible, yet subject to availability, therefore there is no guarantee. If early check-in and late check-out are part of your requirements, we recommend booking the previous or following night. Early check-in, when available, is offered for no extra fee. For late check-out, you will be charged 50% of the cost of one night for a check-out before 2pm and 100% for a check-out after 2pm.

Can I leave my luggage at the hotel before checking in or after checking out?

Yes, we have a luggage storage service available for our guests.

How can I make an online reservation?

To make an online reservation, select " Book Now" on our website and follow the prompts.

Why is my credit card needed to make a reservation?

Your credit card is only used as a form of guarantee to hold your reservation. Your credit card details are required to make a reservation but will not be charged at the time of booking. Payment is usually made upon check-in or check-out.

How can I amend or cancel an online reservation?

To amend or cancel an online reservation, please go to the "Check Rates & Book Now" section of the hotel you have a reservation for. You will find an area called "Cancellations and Amendments" where you can modify your reservation. For all other amendments and cancellations, please email or call our Reservations Office.
