Check-in and Check-out

Guest must be 18+ at the time of check-in or must be accompanied by someone who is 18+.

  • Check-in time: From 13:00 hours
  • Check-out time: Until 12:00 hours

Cancellation and Prepayment

  • Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to accommodation type.
  • Please check what conditions may apply to each option when making your selection.

Children and Beds

  • Child Policies: Children of any age are welcome.
  • To see correct prices and occupancy information, please add the number of children in your group and their ages to your search.
  • Cot and Extra Bed Policies: There are no cots available at this property.
  • Extra Bed Policies:
    • For guests aged 13 years or older, an extra bed is available upon request for INR 1,500 per person, per night.
    • Prices for extra beds are not included in the total price and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
    • The number of extra beds allowed is dependent on the option you choose.
    • All extra beds are subject to availability.

Pets

  • Pets are not allowed.

Groups

  • When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Accepted Cards

  • Mastercard and Visa
  • The IC's, Okhla accepts these cards and reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.
  • The hotel will charge the credit card with a pre-authorization amount of INR 10. This amount will be adjusted against the final bill.

Taxes

  • Please note the rate of GST associated with the room selection: 12% if room rate is below INR 2,499 or 18% if room rate is above INR 2,500.
  • If you pay more tax than required, you may collect the balance amount from the hotel at check out.
  • If you pay less tax than required, the hotel reserves the right to collect the balance amount from you at check out.
